A FAMILY HISTORY

We are a company specializing in the production of semi-finished products for pastry and confectionery. Ours is a sweet and passionate family story that began in 1975 in Perdifumo, a charming village in the mountains of Cilento. Today, between traditional confectionery craftsmanship and increasingly sustainable production innovation, we continue to grow and satisfy more and more customers in Italy and abroad. Never losing sight of our origins, we look ahead and continue to do things to the best of our ability, to make them good all the way.

YOU GROW IN SMALL STEPS

Production is growing along with the demand for sweets, and Papa Gennaro founded the company APA (Antica Pasticceria Artigianale). From a small confectionery workshop we become a company specializing in the production of semi-finished products for pastry.

2000

NEW GENERATIONS

Important news arrives for APA thanks to the entry into the company of Luca, Antonella and Sabina, the new generation looking further and further afield and activating important new collaborations in the confectionery sector both in Italy and abroad.

WE LOOK TO THE FUTURE

Production increases to threefold. It is time to make way for a new, larger and more technologically advanced production facility, capable of meeting steadily growing demand and producing in full compliance with environmental sustainability.

Our photovoltaic system allows us to produce more sustainably and with less energy waste. In addition, RSPO certification guarantees the use of palm oil from crops managed according to environmental and social sustainability criteria.
